TREASURE ISLAND C2.4 - TIDAL HOUSE

The project is located on Treasure Island in the city of San Francisco, California. The site is located on Parcel C2.4 of the Development.

Parcel C2.4 will be a 22-story high-rise residential building consisting of approximately 226 residential dwelling units, a café, amenity spaces, parking, bike storage, and other support functions.

MEYERS+ is providing mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems services for this project in collaboration with David Baker Architects.

The project delivery method is design build MEP subcontractors including schematic design, design development/bid set, construction document review and construction administration.

 ENGINEERING FEATURES

The building systems are designed to facilitate extensive occupied amenity roof decks on the podium buildings for occupant use.

The MEP integrates with the mixture of Type-I and Type-3A construction types employed for the project.
