TREASURE ISLAND C2.3

The project is located on Treasure Island in the city of San Francisco, California. The site is located on Parcel C2.3 of the Treasure Island Development.

Parcel C2.3 is planned as 6-story low-rise residential building consisting of 85 units, amenity spaces, parking, bike storage and other support functions.

MEYERS+ provided mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems services for this project in collaboration with Kennerly Architecture and Planning.

The project delivery method is design-bid-build, where MEYERS+ are the mechanical and electrical engineers of record for the project.
