THE SHORE AT SIERRA POINT

Offering a 616,000 SF campus, The Shore at Sierra Point consists of 5 buildings on a 23-acre site with all the modern day features businesses demand. Located in Brisbane, California, the buildings offer a flexible design for bioscience and pharmaceutical companies. The campus offers bay-front walkways, ample green space, and retail and dining areas.

The project is LEED Gold Certified.

The project delivery method was design-build. The  MEP Basis of Design was delivered at 100% Schematic Design for procurement of mechanical and electrical design-build subcontractors. M+ provided peer review services for the remaining design and construction administration phases.

M+ scope included core & shell for the 5 buildings and tenant improvements and commissioning for full building tenants Myokardia and Celgene.

MEYERS+ is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing & fire protection, energy modeling services and commissioning services. 

ENGINEERING FEATURES

The R&D buildings are designed with efficient floorplates and flexible infrastructure to accommodate a variety of prospective laboratory tenants.

The buildings are provided with core + shell MEP systems for future build-out by a single, or multiple tenants within each building.
