ENGINEERING FEATURES

MEYERS+ worked closely with the Audiovisual Consultant and the Architect to design and locate the necessary electrical and mechanical systems to support the 75+ TVs and an 840-square-foot LED video wall. Mechanical equipment and ductwork were thoughtfully located to prevent obstructing views any views of the video wall and the exposed services were integrated into the overall ceiling design.  The HVAC system utilized the base building's condenser water system to install energy efficient condenser water pumps.  In addition to being energy efficient, water source heat pumps provide quiet operation, high indoor air quality and consistent air temperatures.
