SUSIE SEE APPOINTED PRESIDENT & CEO
MEYERS+ ENGINEERS is pleased to announce that Susie See has been appointed to succeed Randy Meyers as President and CEO effective immediately. Randy continues with the company as Executive Chairman and Principal. Susie has been a Principal and Owner of MEYERS+ since 2015 and has more than 30 years of experience in the engineering industry.
See’s career began in 1987 as an entry-level engineer for the San Francisco office of Flack + Kurtz Consulting Engineers. She continued to rise through the firm guided by the strong mentorship of Randy Meyers and Norman Kurtz, ultimately serving as an Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the San Francisco office of WSP Flack+Kurtz. In 2009, See became the first woman to serve on the Board of Directors for WSP USA. Her experience includes projects in 14 states and 10 countries, including world-class projects such as Salesforce Tower in San Francisco and One Museum Place in Shanghai.
Having chosen her to succeed him, Randy Meyers said, “Susie and I have worked together since 1987, when she joined Flack + Kurtz as an electrical engineer in San Francisco. I was her boss and mentor over the next two decades as F+K’s office became a major Western regional/international MEP engineering presence. I’m proud to see Susie succeed me. Her leadership, engineering tenacity and devotion to the success of her clients’ projects make her the right person for the job.”

Recently named a Woman of Influence by the San Francisco Business Times, Susie is a role model paving the way for female leaders in the Architect/Contractor/Engineer community. Susie received her B.S. in Architectural Engineering in 1987 after graduating with honors from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
