The project includes the transformation of an underutilized 1960’s office campus into an urban community with public spaces, pedestrian walkways, and landscaped streets open up the site, as well as 744 new homes.

MEYERS+ is providing professional mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection in collaboration with SOM and Holland Partner Group. The project is a 42-story tower with 412 residential units and ground floor retail.

MEYERS+ is providing full-service professional mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services in collaboration with Bohlin Cywinski Jackson. The project includes interior workplace fit out, all-hands gathering space, training center, full-service kitchen, servery, and fitness center.

MEYERS+ is providing professional mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services in collaboration with Gensler and the Jay Paul Company. The project includes the construction of a new Class A high-rise office building located in San Jose, CA.
2200 Calle de Luna
MEYERS+ is providing professional engineering services in collaboration with Holland Partner Group and KTGY Architecture + Planning. The project includes the construction of residential apartments in three twelve-story light metal gauge towers above a three-story parking garage in Santa Clara, CA.
Transbay Block 4
MEYERS+ is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services in collaboration with SCB Architects, Hines and Urban Pacific Development. The project includes a residential development consisting of midrise podium buildings and a 450 foot tall tower.
Yerba Buena Island
MEYERS+ is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services in collaboration with BDE Architecture, Wilson Meany and Hart Howerton. Sustainability services such as energy modeling and renewable power system design & analysis will also be provided. The project is a new residential development located on the hillside of Yerba Buena Island overlooking Treasure Island as well as San Francisco and the East Bay.
101 California Lobby Renovation
MEYERS+ is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services in collaboration with BCJ Architects and Hines. The project includes a comprehensive refresh and renovation of the outdoor plaza, the existing glass lobby atrium and tenant amenity spaces.
