After graduating Manhattan College in 1989, the NYC construction industry was in a decline. So, a good friend and I made a road map of all consulting engineering firms in NYC and personally visited each office to drop off our resumes. On Day 2, I got home and there was a message from a very small engineering firm - I immediately called back. My engineering career began two days later. After a couple of years, I joined Flack + Kurtz and was fortunate to work on so many iconic projects all over the world, with many great engineers and clients. Fast forward 30 years and I’m again fortunate to be part of MEYERS+ where we can start and grow the NYC office offering engineering excellence and collaboration – the way we were all taught - by being involved with the design from start to finish.

Did you know?

I am actively involved with the community little league as a Board Member, while simultaneously watching my daughter excel in softball to now being on the high school team, and my son graduate to the travel baseball team and off to high school. At first, they did it because they knew I enjoy baseball, but now they do it because they enjoy it as well.
