A Message from Randy Meyers

I am excited to announce Susie See as the new President & CEO of MEYERS+ ENGINEERS. I will continue as Principal and Executive Chairman.

Susie and I have worked together since 1987, when she joined Flack + Kurtz as an electrical engineer in San Francisco. I was her boss and mentor over the next two decades as Flack + Kurtz’s office became a major Western regional/international MEP engineering presence. I chose Susie to succeed me as managing director in 2003 because I knew her leadership, engineering tenacity and devotion to the success of her clients’ projects would ensure the office’s continued success.

Over time, Susie and I passed our mentorship role back and forth, developing our own leadership skills and fostering those skills in each other. When I started MEYERS+ in 2014, I saw Susie as an ideal partner to start and develop an engineering practice focused on technical excellence in service of our clients and their projects, with a high level of project involvement by Principals.

Now, as MEYERS+ enters our seventh year, we look forward to the future with Susie as our leader.
