BURBERRY FLAGSHIP

The project involves a comprehensive redevelopment of a 30,000 square foot building featuring six above-grade floors, which are designed to accommodate a diverse mix of retail and storage spaces. This renovation encompasses not only a complete overhaul of the building's interior and exterior but also significant upgrades to all critical infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

A key aspect of the project is the installation of all new mechanical air handling units that serve the entire building, ensuring efficient climate control and air quality throughout the facility. Additionally, an emergency life safety generator has been integrated to provide reliable backup power in case of outages, enhancing the safety and resilience of the building. The installation of domestic water booster pumps further optimizes water pressure and supply for both the retail and storage areas.

MEYERS+ played a pivotal role in this redevelopment by providing specialized mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services. Our expertise was instrumental in ensuring that all systems were designed and implemented to meet modern standards and regulations, ultimately contributing to the overall functionality and safety of the building.
