Anne Billig
Senior Associate, Electrical Engineer
My dad has always been my hero. Although this led to some rather unfortunate fashion choices as a third-grader, emulating him was usually a safe bet. Throughout my childhood in Minnesota, he taught me to be a competitor, to find the positive, and to approach problems with logic and patience. When it came time for me to choose a college major, electrical engineering, my dad’s occupation, was the obvious choice.
Upon graduation from Cornell University, I moved to New York City and started designing for the built environment. I was impressed by the confluence of personalities involved in the building process. It was incredible to wander around the city and ruminate on all the ideas, talent, and hard work that went into the design and construction of the buildings towering around me. During my time in New York, I had the opportunity to collaborate with world-class architects, engineers, contractors, and developers on some remarkable projects, including 1 Vanderbilt and renovation and improvement projects in an 100-year existing building, 51 Madison.
I moved to San Francisco and joined Meyers Plus in March 2019 and am excited to work on inspiring projects with a team that matches my enthusiasm for excellence and collaboration.

My ideal Saturday starts with a good book and ends with a muddy trail run followed by a cold beer.
