The project is located in South San Francisco at the site of the existing Bally’s Sports Club at El Camino and S. Spruce Ave.

The current site plan includes three lab/office buildings totaling 750,000 SF. The bioscience office buildings will be designed as warm shell spaces with 50% of the building areas designed to support laboratories and 50% designed to support office areas.

The project is seeking LEED certification.

The project delivery method is design-build, where MEYERS+ provided the Basis of Design and Schematic Design Documents for the procurement of mechanical and electrical design-build subcontractors and is providing peer reviews during the design and construction phases.

MEYERS+ is providing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection services and Technology Services.
